Water does damage by the hour. Turn it off at the stopcock if you can, usually under the kitchen sink, then ring.

No heat is often the circulating pump. Half the time that is what has gone, and it can be swapped out.

What should I do while I wait?

Turn off the water at the stopcock, usually under the kitchen sink. If water is near electrics, turn off the power at the fuse board.

My heating has stopped. Is it the boiler?

Not always. Half the time the circulating pump is gone. I'll find the fault and sort it.
