Before you ring
If water is coming through
Turn off the water at the stopcock, usually under the kitchen sink. If water is near electrics, turn off the power at the fuse board. Then ring 089 240 6141.
If the heating has stopped, it is not always the boiler. Half the time the circulating pump is gone. Tell me what the boiler and radiators are doing when you ring.
